All procedures within the practice comply with current best practice. Every precaution is taken to safe guard patients and staff and we follow all guidelines for safety. All staff undergo annual training to keep up to date with new guidelines. We have an open door policy on our sterilization rooms, if you wish to view these areas please ask a member of staff. All instruments are sterilized in an autoclave after every use and disposables are used wherever possible.
Our Practice aims to provide dental care of a consistently high-quality for all patients. The Practice follows high standards of cross infection, hygiene and sterilization. Each team member is thoroughly trained to maintain these levels for your dental care. We regularly ask you about your general health and about any medicines being taken. We screen all patients for mouth cancer at routine check ups and advise about associated risks. In proposing treatment, we will take account of your own wishes. We will explain options, treatments where appropriate, and costs, so that you can make an informed choice. We will always explain what we are doing. We welcome patient feedback on our services, both good and bad. We have systems in place to ensure any concerns are investigated and if necessary, acted upon.

All our support staff are either qualified Dental surgery assistants, registered with the General Dental Council, or attend a college course working towards a dental nursing qualification.
